Living in a liveable, affordable and sustainable world. That is our ambition. Making some 18,000 homes more sustainable and maintaining them does not happen overnight. It has to be done in phases and takes a lot of time and forethought to do it in a careful way. For instance, the opinions of our tenants are taken into account in the plans, we have to take into account the sustainability plans of municipalities and we plan all work at the same time as much as possible. This way, you as a tenant are inconvenienced as little as possible.

Wij willen dat u comfortabel woont. Dat betekent dat er soms grootschalig onderhoud nodig is aan uw woning. Dat kan gaan om een nieuwe gasloze keuken, een nieuwe badkamer, het verduurzamen van bijvoorbeeld de verwarmingsinstallatie of het aanbrengen van bijvoorbeeld dubbelglas. Grootschalig onderhoud wordt gepland door Bouwinvest zelf, maar vindt u dat u toe bent aan een nieuwe badkamer, keuken of toiletruimte? Dan kunt u een verzoek voor vervanging indienen via het huurdersportaal met het contactformulier. Bouwinvest zal uw verzoek bekijken en is uw badkamer, keuken of toiletruimte aan het einde van de levensduur, dan zal de vervanging vaak wel worden goedgekeurd.
Uw woning onderhouden is deels een taak van Bouwinvest. Om uw wooncomplex zo comfortabel mogelijk te houden voeren wij regelmatig planmatig onderhoud uit. Het gaat dan om zaken als schilderwerk, dak-onderhoud of het vervangen van cv-ketels. Hiervoor geven wij opdrachten aan verschillende onderhoudspartijen. Zij verzorgen het periodiek onderhoud aan het gebouw, de gemeenschappelijke installaties en de installaties in uw woning zoals verwarmingsinstallaties, zonnepanelen.
