If you move house please take care not to bother the neighbours by leaving doors open or hogging the lift. Wrap your belongings in a blanket or plastic so as not to damage walls and doors. If you do cause damage to the building, and you have liability insurance, simply report the damage to your insurer. If damage has been done to the apartment, building complex or the exterior of the apartment, please let us know via the tenants portal. We will then repair the damage and send you a bill which you can submit to your insurer.
If the building has a concierge please inform him or her of your intention to move. The concierge can be of help, for instance by organising a parking space for the removal van, or by giving practical tips about the automatic doors and the use of the lift.
