Any major changes to your apartment, such as installing a dormer window or removing a wall, are subject to permission. Work which is unsuitable or substandard in any way may devalue the apartment or make it unsuitable as a rental object. That is why we want to check beforehand if your plan for a major change complies with our conditions and standards. If permission is granted, conditions apply, for instance regarding the execution, materials and the use of a licensed builder. Should you fail to ask permission and the work fall short of the conditions, we can oblige you to undo the changes (via a legal procedure if necessary).
